QuickTime Installation Instructions for Windows |

Step 1 Check For QuickTime (if you're sure you need QuickTime, skip to Step 2) This step allows you to check your web browser to see if QuickTime is installed. Click on "Check My Browser" below to start. If you see the window below appear, click "YES" to begin the QuickTime installation process. |

Step 2 The installer should start to download. If asked, click "save program to disk" and choose "desktop". When the download is complete, look for "QuickTime Installer" on the desktop and double-click on it. This will start the installation process. |

Step 3 Choose where you would like QuickTime to install. If you're not sure, just click "Next." |

Step 4 Choose "Recommended" and click "Next." |

Step 5 QuickTime will automatically find your browsers. Check all boxes and click "Next." |

Step 6 Click "Continue." |

Step 7 At this time, the installer will download data from Apple to install QuickTime. You will be prompted once this is finished. |

Step 8 Check all four check boxes and click "Finish." It is important that all boxes be checked here in order for the Tour to work properly. |

You're done! If you were successful, the Tour will work properly. If you 're still having problems, e-mail the webmaster. |
