Free time @ the university: If I’m not in class, at work, or at a CAB event, you can usually find me hanging out with my friends or waiting in line at Coldstone for a Gotta Have It of “Cookie Doughn’t You Want Some”
Funny/embarrassing fact about you: I can’t sneeze without sneezing at least 5 times in a row and I have to check my alarm clock at least three times before I believe that it is set.
Message to students: Every person and all the events of your life are there because you have drawn them there. What you choose to do with them is up to you.

Favorite CAB event/memory: When Jillian let a huge booger fly into her ice cream and kept eating it!!! Also, watching the “Character Tap Out” during our last meeting of the year. It’s amazing to see how much we all LOVE CAB and each other =)
Free time @ the university: Obviously spending all that time on CAB stuff DUHH!!! And of course working out, volunteering, and playing my piano.
Funny/embarrassing fact about yourself: Just the thought of bananas can make me gag. One smell of them and I upchuck in my mouth a little. The taste will leave me puking for days…
Message to students: Transferring from a small university really made me feel like I was just a number here until I got involved with CAB. Get involved with the University. Your experience here is completely what you make of it.

Favorite CAB event/memory: Finesse Mitchell! I laughed embarrassingly loud and then cried!
Free time @ the university: I LOVE playing tennis with the University Club team and am a sucker for basically any event that advertises free t-shirts!
Funny/embarrassing fact about you: I went to see “High School Musical on Ice” and was probably one of two people over 10 years old in the room who was not a parent.
Message to students: Everyone adjusts to college life at their own rate. Iowa City didn’t start feeling like home to me until second semester. Just take it one day at a time and don’t be afraid to make plenty of calls home!

Funny/embarrassing fact about you: I’m awful at walking and trip over anything- stairs, curbs, sticks, but mostly just my own feet.

Free time @ the university: I spend my free time hanging out with friends and enjoying the weekly CAB events!
Funny/embarrassing fact about you: My freshman year, I had a class in W10 Lecture Hall in the Pappajohn Business Building. One day in class, I thought it would be okay to close my eyes and just listen to the lecture. I ended up falling asleep and slept through my class as well as the entire class after. No one woke me up, everyone just let me be!
Message to students: Life is a box of chocolates, you never know what flavor you are going to get, so make the best of everyday!

Favorite CAB event/memory: When comedian Dan Ahdoot pretended to be an RA and called some guys mother and told her he caught her son streaking. I don’t think I have ever laughed so hard.
Free time @ the university: I am also involved in Mock Trial, Student Judicial Court, and Dean’s Student Advisory Committee.
Funny/embarrassing fact about you: I have very nimble toes.

Favorite CAB event/memory: Dealing cards all evening at Casino Night. I received many compliments, but no tips.
Free time @ the university: I spend a lot of my free time either running, playing tennis, or watching movies.
Funny/embarrassing fact about you: Sometime during my younger years, I was running away from a friend of mine around a shopping mall and smashed into an outward swinging door that happened to be opening at the time.
Message to students: Get involved in one or more organizations! Even more importantly, get involved early!

Favorite CAB event/memory: My favorite CAB memory would have to be the comedian Bobby Lee from MadTV. I can honestly say I've never laughed harder in my life. I still have videos of him on my phone.
Free time @ the university: If I'm not in the IMU or at the Fieldhouse playing basketball, you can probably find me at Pancheros destroying burritos.
Funny/embarrassing fact about you: I was the first and only freshman at my high school to play in a varsity basketball game. Unfortunately, I was also the first freshman player to have his shorts fall down during a basketball game.

Free time @ the university: You’ll most likely find me wasting all of my money on delicious coffee and baked goods at the Java House. During periods of debt, you can find me maxing out on their free water and/or newspapers.
Funny/embarrassing fact about you: Even though I continue to become more reliant on my computer, I will always secretly believe that the creators of the Internet are key coconspirators of a major coup d'état to overthrow the United States Government. Watch out for Al Gore, is all I’m saying.

Favorite CAB event/memory: My favorite CAB event was the Night Hawks event “Night on the Boardwalk”. It was a fun way to spend the Friday before spring break with friends and we even got free stuff. Who could complain about that?
Free time @ the university: Somehow I usually end up in a competitive game of hearts.

Favorite CAB event/memory: My 20th birthday was the night of a CAB meeting. As I was wrapping up everything on the agenda, the lights suddenly all turned off and everyone started singing "Happy Birthday" as they brought out a cake with candles. It was beautiful!
Free time @ the university: Most of the time I’m in the IMU working with either CAB or RiverFest, or I’m on my floor spending time with my residents in Rienow. For fun, I like to take trips to the zoo on Saturday afternoons. Actually, I've never done that, but it sounds like a fantastic way to spend a Saturday afternoon.
Funny/embarrassing fact about you: I spent a summer working the Ferris Wheel at Navy Pier. I was a ridiculous carnie. It was embarrassing every day, but I got free Ferris Wheel rides – so it was worth it.
Message to students: Be passionate about what you do. Life only gives you so many opportunities, so work hard to make sure you get what you want out of life.

Year (fall semester 09): This is my second year working at Iowa!!
Favorite CAB event/memory: My favorite CAB event was SNL Comedian Finesse Mitchell. The crowd was awesome and it was a great way to close out the year! My favorite CAB memory was the road trip to Nashville for a conference with the CAB Exec board. It was a long drive, but so much fun!
Free time: I love to travel! Whenever I get the chance, I like to take trips both domestically and abroad! I’m constantly thinking of where I want to go next and what I want to experience.
Funny/embarrassing fact about you: I adopted a really old Yorkie dog from Craigslist.com a year ago. She’s missing teeth and a little blind, but she’s hilarious and I love her!
Message to students: College is a time to dig in, get involved, and make a difference! Here at Iowa, CAB is a great way to do just that! There are many ways to get involved, and it all starts with just coming to an event! You’re only in college once, so make a difference and make it count!
