  • Property listings must comply with the University of Iowa fair housing policy, as outlined here, and the Fair Housing Laws.

Property postings are subject to the University’s policy that property owners and managers shall rent to all persons on the basis of their individual merits as persons without exclusion or discrimination on the basis of race, national origin, color, creed, religion, sex, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or associational preference. University facilities, including this web site, shall not be used to give notice of available housing when contents of the notice, or practices or policies of the property owner or manager are not consistent with this policy.
