Catering Sales Coordinator - The IMU has a lot to offer and CES is able to provide the complete package to any of our clients with hotel rooms, custom menus, large event spaces, and much more. The IMU's amenities give us the opportunity to meet any special requests the client may have.

My clients are very important to me and I strive to stay in close contact with them from the start of any event planning to the very end. I am able to bring fresh and creative ideas and concepts for all catering and event space needs. Customer satisfaction is always my number one goal as well as seeing them come back year after year!

Wedding Coordinator/Catering Sales 

We are friendly, dependable, creative and experienced and most of all we care about each customer's event, whether it is large or small.

Campus Event Services always follows up. Checking in with the customer after the event for comments or suggestions ensures that we continue to provide quality service. Customers will first call up and see if we have space for their date and then reserve the room with a deposit. They will have 7 days to hold room before deposit is required. Then they will call me up with a variety of questions and then we will set up a consultation to meet about 6months prior to their wedding date to go over all wedding details, menu, pricing and room set up.

I love working the wedding part of my job and in the fall, I love working with the Kinnick group and all the suite owners.
