Effective July 1, 2008, smoking is banned on the entire University of Iowa campus. The University of Iowa offers a number of resources for faculty, staff and students who want to quit using tobacco. For more information, please visit www.uiowa.edu/homepage/smoking.

Currently the IMU is closed due to flooding. Our offices have been relocated. We intend to continue many of our services to assist students and guests while the building is closed. We want to extend our thanks to students, staff and members of the community for their Herculean efforts in sandbagging and evacuating during the flood. The University is assessing our building, after this assessment we will share our plans with you. Contact us with your questions.
