Office of Student Life

The Office of Student Life (OSL), located at 145 Iowa Memorial Union, provides diverse social, cultural, recreational and educational programs and activities for The University of Iowa community.

Supporting more than 450 recognized student organizations, the OSL sponsors major annual events like Homecoming, Family Weekend, and Dance Marathon; diversity initiatives, including four Cultural and Resource Centers; leadership opportunities; Fraternity and Sorority Life; and ongoing arts & entertainment programs, such as the University Lecture Committee, Bijou, KRUI, and Campus Activities Board.

In addition, the OSL is home to a variety of services for students such as the Student Organization Business Office, the University Box Office, and Student Legal Services.
