Complete this form to request space on the University server and a Web ID. This form will allow your group to create a web site on the UI server.

Policy:

If your organization is not on the list of registered student organizations, you will not be given a login ID and password. Inclusion in the University of Iowa web page is a privilege granted contingent upon the organization complying with all University regulations including, but not limited to The University of Iowa Policy on Acceptable Use of Information Technology Resources, Policies and Regulations Affecting Students, and the UI Operations Manual. Violations of University policies and procedures may result in disciplinary action against the student organization and/or individual students.
