The University Box Office is located on the first floor of the IMU
The University Box Office is your ONLY Campus Ticketmaster Center! Don’t forget you can charge all SCOPE concert tickets to your U-Bill only at the University Box Office. Students can U-Bill up to 8 tickets for a show.
University Dance Dance Department Recital Tickets are now on sale. Tickets can be purchased at the Box Office, by phone at 319.335.3041, or at Space Place in North Hall, one hour prior to the performance time.
SCOPE concert tickets
Tickets for all SCOPE concerts are available at the Box Office. SCOPE is a student-run organization that brings internationally known performing arists to the area. SCOPE concert venues include:
- Iowa Memorial Union Ballroom, and Main Lounge
- Carver-Hawkeye Arena
- The Englert Theater
- Hubbard Park

Ticketmaster Outlet
As the only on-campus Ticketmaster outlet, the UBO provides walk-up ticket sales for all major events in the Midwest, including the Chicago Land area.
Bijou Theater Tickets
Tickets for Bijou Theater films shown in the Iowa Memorial Union are available daily, and are sold up to 15 minutes after the film begins.
Athletic Tickets
Some miscellaneous UI athletic tickets for games and tournaments are sold at the UBO. Other tournament tickets are available through Ticketmaster, and can be purchased at the UBO.
Dance Department Performances
Tickets for UI Dance recitals held at Space Place in North Hall and the Theatre Building are available at the UBO. Dance performance tickets can be purchased at the Box Office in person, by telephone or at the door one hour prior to the start of the performance.
Student Organization Ticket Sales & Deposits
The UBO sells tickets for all events sponsored by UI student organizations. Student organizations can make daily deposits to their University accounts at the UBO. Forms for deposits are available at the Box Office; students need to know their organization’s account numbers in order to complete them.
Check Cashing
UI students, staff and faculty can cash personal checks made payable to the University Box Office for a small fee. University of Iowa ID card and photo identification must be presented with check.
Fax
Customers can send or receive local and international faxes for a minimal charge.
Flier Distribution
The UBO distributes approved fliers from student organizations and departments around campus.
