The IMU Sunporch can be used to access the newly constructed IMU River Terrace from the Main Lounge. This space features several windows and water fountain making it a great setting for small social gatherings. The Sunporch space is included with the Main Lounge rental fees which can be found here.
The Sunporch can be booked separately from the Main Lounge within one month of the requested event date. In this case, the Sunporch rental fees below will apply. The North River Terrace is also included with the Sunporch rental.
