Gibson Square Park is located near the UI Main Library parking lot across the street from the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center.

Vehicle access

No motor vehicles are allowed on Gibson Square Park at any time without prior approval and appropriate permit from UI Parking and Transportation.

An event hosted by a registered student organization or UI department may host up to two Mobile Food Vendors at this site; the food trucks must park on the North side of the park (across from the Main Library), with the serving window facing Gibson Square (South).
