The IMU has meeting rooms with updated technology, free WiFi, a variety of set up styles, and a welcoming, knowledgeable staff to help make your meeting a success. Meeting rooms are free for registered student organizations and University departments to use.  Meeting rooms close (1) hour before the IMU closes.

IMU Event Services uses a reservation system called Mazevo. Registered UI student organizations and university departments may request to have a Mazevo account created in order to reserve meeting rooms. University guests should email imu-eventservices@uiowa.edu or call 319-335-3114 to reserve meeting rooms.

Due to the current IMU Renovation Project, many of our typically available meeting rooms are no longer available (either temporarily or permanently).  See below for information on those spaces.  All dates below are subject to change.
