Student Organization Office Suite (SOOS) | 282 Iowa Memorial Union
The Student Activities Center, located in 260 IMU, was redesigned to be more collaborative, inspiring, and fun. With a new lounge, student organizations and groups can meet on projects and truly get the ideas flowing. By increasing available student organization storage, the Student Organization Office Suite space in 282 IMU is more efficiently utilized for the offices of sponsored and affiliated student organizations:

First Meeting of the Semester- Origami Roses
Join Art Hawks in making origami roses for Valentine's Day! Art Hawks will provide paper for origami as well as acrylic, watercolor, pencil, pastel, charcoal, paper, and canvas supplies. You can come any time from 6-8 pm and don't have to stay the entire time.

Kairos is the college ministry based out of Lutheran Church of Hope. Join us for weekly worship and community time!

Anchor Splash
Student organizations will compete at the University of Iowa Recreational Diving Well to become the "Champion of the Anchor". Each team is coached by a team of Delta Gammas and they will compete in events such as DG trivia, biggest splash, synchronized swimming, and relay races! The Champion of the Anchor will be given a donation to their philanthropy or a charity of their choice! This event is open for viewing with a $5 entrance fee.

Ballroom Dance Lessons - Hawkeye Ballroom Dance Company
Ballroom Lessons are taught by a professional instructor every Wednesday throughout the fall semester. We teach east coast swing, rumba, waltz, cha cha, foxtrot, and tango at a range of skill levels: beginner, technique, and intermediate.
All are welcome! No partner or experience required.
