**Due to COVID19 - and until further notice - we will not be accepting outdoor space reservations. During this time, we are developing information for student organizations and departments related to processes and expectations for outdoor events for Fall 2020. These will take into account the need for social distancing, maximum attendance numbers (50 people), and other considerations which will follow CDC and Public Health guidelines. Outdoor spaces at the IMU and around campus are available for departmental and student organization events. We are currently accepting requests for events that will be held during the current academic year (through Aug. 1). Requests for events to be held during the next academic year (after Aug. 1) may be submitted after April 15. Please allow up to 3 business days to process your request.

- Registered student organizations may checkout folding tables, a-frame signs, and tabling kits from the IMU Welcome Center on the day of their event.
